Becoming a CPI member or renewing your membership is easy! Just fill out the required fields on this form and submit your $25 annual dues by debit or credit card through our secured third party partner at Stripe. If you’d prefer the old fashioned route, you can print out this form and mail it with your cash or check made payable to Cincinnati Playwrights Initiative to our P.O.Box 40 in Terrace Park, OH  45174-0040. Membership is confined to playwrights living in the Cincinnati metro market area which is comprised of the following counties: Hamilton, Butler, Warren, Clermont, Brown and Clinton in OH, Boone, Campbell, Kenton, Grant, Pendleton, Bracken and Gallatin in KY and Dearborn, Franklin, Ohio and Union in IN.

Current members who live outside this geography are grandfathered.
